Yes, a parent, guardian, or responsible adult must accompany minors under the age of 18 between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. every day, year round. This curfew also applies to all city public areas.Beach & Park - Hours

The Powerhouse Community Center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from June through September. From October through May, it is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It can also be rented year-round for special private events. Please visit the Powerhouse Community Center website for facility use and rental information.
