Council Statements of Economic Interests

Purpose

The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) regulations require that designated officials disclose those financial interests which could foreseeably be affected, in a material manner, by a city decision made by the official in the performance of the official's responsibilities. Del Mar incorporates the FPPC requirements in Del Mar Municipal Code Chapter 2.12.

City Council members are required to disclose financial interests on FPPC Form 700, known as "Statement of Economic Interests." City Council members file their statements annually and the statements are provided on this page for public review.
