The City is requesting statements
of qualifications (SOQs) and a proposed scope of work from qualified firms to
provide: 1) technical assistance with complying with mandatory state
regulations pertaining to the recycling of organic waste (e.g., AB 1826 and SB
1383), and 2) procurement services to assist the City with its next franchise
agreement.
