As a first step, status of payment can be found at paymycite.com. Enter “Del Mar” as the agency and then enter your license plate number. As a secondary measure you may call The Phoenix Group at 888-207-5716 or the city’s Parking Enforcement Division at 858-704-3659. Tell them your license plate number and that you received the ticket in Del Mar. They will then be able to look up the citation for you.
