You can attend the meeting in person, watch the meeting live on Mondays, beginning at 4:30 p.m. on Time Warner TV Ch. 24 (or via channel 98.503 for those without cable), view the meeting live on the Del Mar website, or watch the recorded meeting beginning either at 9 a.m. on the day following the meeting (typically Tuesdays) or beginning at 6 p.m. two days following the meeting (usually Wednesdays), on Time Warner TV Ch. 24.
