Monday: Council to consider finance options for utility undergrounding

The City Council on Feb. 3 will consider financing strategies to pay for utility undergrounding. 


Options include a “pay-as-you-go” model, with no financing; a “hybrid” model, with initial borrowing then pay-go, and an accelerated “finance-as-you-go” model, with periodic and strategic financing when needed.

Friday: Last day to respond to library survey

The Del Mar Library is developing its strategic goals for the next two years. Residents are asked to weigh in by completing an anonymous survey. 


The survey closes Friday, Feb. 7. It is administered by the Friends of the Del Mar Library.
