Tuesday: Short term rentals on City Council agendaThe City Council on Tuesday, Feb. 3, is scheduled to consider a resolution that would set a 60-day permit application period for existing short term rental operators to open March 2 and close May 1.
Also next week, on Feb. 5, the California Coastal Commission will vote upon a recommendation by commission staff to approve certification of Del Mar’s STR regulations as adopted by the City Council in 2024.
