If you mailed your ticket in the envelope provided, please call The Phoenix Group at (888) 207-5716 or the city’s Parking Enforcement Division at 858-704-3659. With either the citation number or your license plate number, they will be able to look up the citation and let you know the status of payment. Citations can also be viewed on the Paymycite website. Enter “Del Mar” as the agency and then enter your license plate number. If you have questions, you may contact the Finance Department at 858-755-9354.
