Story Poles for City Hall/Town Hall Are Arriving!

As the City progresses through the design process of a new City Hall/Town Hall, story poles are being erected at the existing site (1050 Camino del Mar) to depict the outline and height of the buildings. Story poles are used to depict the elevations and silhouette of a proposed structure. They are intended to aid neighbors, staff personnel, and members of the decision-making bodies in their evaluation of a project application.
 
The story poles will depict the outline of the proposed City Hall, Town Hall, parking garage, as well as planned new grade levels. Installation of the story poles will be completed next week and they will remain installed through the City Council meeting on January 4, 2016.

Please note that approximately 10 parking spaces at City Hall will be inaccessible due to the location of the story poles. Please be mindful of the poles while driving or backing up in the parking lot.
