Council approves development agreement
The City Council voted 4-0 on Aug. 10 to adopt an ordinance approving a development agreement for vacant property at the southeast corner of Camino del Mar and 10th Street.
The agreement memorializes the rights and responsibilities of the City and the developer, DM Asset Recovery LP.
Plans for the 38,890-square-foot, mixed-use development includes eight residential units, of which two would be dedicated as affordable to low-income households. Commercial space would total nearly 4,400 square feet.
