Proposal calls for 259-unit apartment complex on North Bluff

Due to a high level of public interest and requests for information, the Planning Department has posted a package of preliminary development application materials and the City’s response for a 259-unit apartment complex proposed on the North Bluff.The proposed "Seaside Ridge" calls for nine buildings ranging from one to five stories on the 6.9-acre site on Border Avenue. Of the 259 proposed units, 85 would be set aside for low-income tenants.More than a dozen documents related to the proposal can be viewed online.Open the Seaside Ridge Preliminary Development Application webpage
