City Fee Schedules

The City User Fee Schedules listed below represent the fees for all City departments.  City User Fees are calculated based on the actual cost of providing the service and are a result of a comprehensive cost of service study conducted by the City.

Other Fees

The City reserves the right to update the Fee Schedule annually, at the beginning of each Fiscal Year (July 1), based on the Consumer Price Index (U.S. City Average), not to exceed 3% in a given year.

Effective January 3, 2023, a 3% credit card service fee will be assessed on all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card transactions at City Hall and Beach Safety Center. No service fee will be assessed on payments made by cash or paper check. [Resolution 2022-73 approved by City Council on 11/14/2022]
