Building Services

SERVICE PROVIDER AND LOCATION CHANGE ALERT

Effective July 1, 2020, the City of Del Mar’s Building & Safety Services function will change providers and location.  Building Services will be provided by True North Compliance Services, Inc. (TNC) at the Del Mar City Hall located at 1050 Camino Del Mar, Del Mar 92014.  Building Services for Del Mar will no longer be available at the Solana Beach City Hall.  All active projects, including those in plan check, pending permit issuance, and in construction will be effectively transferred from EsGil to TNC Services by July 1, 2020. We appreciate your patience during the transition as we seek to better improve our services for the Del Mar community. Until further notice, the Del Mar City Hall is temporarily closed to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.  This includes the public counter. However, Building Services are provided remotely via the electronic submittal of Building Permit Applications and Plan Checks, as well as final issuance of Building Plan Approvals and Building Permits.
