Our facilities are extremely popular and may be booked up to two years in advance.

Price:

$550 per hour (3 hour minimum) or $4500 a day

Rental hours are between:

Monday – Thursday:  3 pm - 11 pm
Friday – Sunday:  12 noon - 11 pm

Events must end by 10 pm.
Cleanup must start no later than 10 pm

This allows room for DJ and dancing downstairs without moving tables.

Maximum Seating:  120 Guests

Weather permitting; you can seat guests outside as well!

Tables and Chairs:

We provide:

60" round tables (seat 8)

120 - folding chairs (plastic-white)

6 - rectangular tables 30" x 72" for food/gifts/coffee, etc.

There is NO charge for using these tables/chairs, but YOU must set them up and put them away (or arrange with your caterer).

You may also have your own furniture delivered, setup and removed.

Catering:

• You may choose ANY caterer.
• Your caterer must have a valid City of Del Mar Business License, call (858) 755-9354 to verify.
• Your caterer must take ALL TRASH with them at end of event (or you have to).
