Call (858) 755-9354 or come by the Finance Department @ 1050 Camino del Mar for an Massage Technician Application or download from this website.  The completed application takes 30-45 days to process.  A Massage Technician in Del Mar must apply for a Massage Establishment Application at the same time, unless s/he works for an already established operation, or s/he works under the listed exemptions in the Del Mar Municipal Code 6.61.
