Final Environmental Impact Report

Draft Environmental Impact Report
A draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared for the City Hall/Town Hall Project. The draft EIR has indicated that the proposed City Hall/Town Hall project would result in significant impact in issues of aesthetics, cultural resources and noise creation. However, it will have less than significant impact on greenhouse gas emissions, land use and traffic. It would also have less than significant impact on agriculture and forestry resources, biological resources, hazards and hazardous materials, mineral resources, geology and soils, hydrology and water quality, population and housing, public services, recreation, and utilities and service systems. Cumulative impacts would be less than significant for all issues.

Written comments were due to the City of Del Mar by 5:00 PM, October 26, 2015.
