The Del Mar Fairgrounds (San Diego County Fairgrounds) is owned by the State of California 22nd District Agricultural Association (DAA). While the City of Del Mar has worked with the 22nd DAA and the KAABOO organizers to address community concerns, the 22nd DAA is responsible for approval of the event.
Similar to the Fourth of July holiday, extra City staff will be on-hand in different areas of the community all weekend, particularly for parking enforcement, (as-needed) additional traffic control, Public Works issues, beach maintenance, and additional late night patrolling of the beach and San Dieguito Lagoon by Lifeguards and the Park Ranger.
If you have a community concern during KAABOO Del Mar, please call (858) 794-1104to talk to a KAABOO representative or leave a message. If a message is left, KAABOO staff will return all messages as soon as possible.
