If you have a comment about a specific agenda item, submit a written public comment (AKA Red Dot) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to ensure timely delivery of red dot communications from the public, they must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. on the day of the meeting. If the Red Dot is submitted after this cut off time, there is no guarantee that it will be reviewed by the Design Review Board prior to the meeting. However, the communication will be distributed and included in the record for that agenda item.
